Sunday Best : Color me bad

Blouse- Elsie Vintage, Skirt- Zara, Shoes- Steve Madden

Hey guys, this is actually the Sunday Best from last week but I never got round to posting it until now... I got this colorful and vibrant vintage blouse from the Elsie Vintage monthly blog sale, sooo cute... How do you like my hair? I had this phase where I only did short hair and everyone always said it really suited me, I think I agree with them  :o)
