I call this dress my "Over The Top" dress I love it soooo much, it is one of my favorite dresses in the whole wide world. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it; the sleeves, the detail, the vintage vibe, everything about it. It is by the same designer (Rogue Vallerie) that made the dress I wore here , I still can't find any link/contact for this designer. If its any help, I think she is always at the Le Petit Marche event in Lagos.
